Background

Aquavit is a schnapps, and that’s something usually consumed for Christmas, Easter and Midsummer. Wrong. Aquavit is a wonderful food pairing that works with almost everything, while at the same time being a great cocktail base. The problem is that the tradition to knock back Aquavit as schnapps is so strong that very few question it. And that’s of course a rather unwise approach when it comes to craft aquavit such as O.P. Anderson.

Solution

We launched “Aquavit Stories”, a seven-episode IGTV format. Over the series the viewer gets to learn about the many sides of Aquavit: Its history, production, use in cocktails, food pairings, how to best enjoy it etc.
